Data Deletion Instructions
Request deletion from Air King
If you submitted information through an Air King website form, Facebook or Instagram lead form, or another Air King customer interaction, you can request deletion of the information held by Air King Mechanical Services LLC.
- Email airkingmech@gmail.com with the subject Privacy / Data Deletion Request. You may also call (816) 519-6067.
- Provide your name and the email address or telephone number you used when contacting us. If known, include the approximate date and whether you contacted us through Facebook, Instagram, or our website.
- Tell us whether you want deletion of your inquiry, removal from marketing, or a broader deletion request. Do not send passwords, full payment-card details, or government identification with your initial request.
We may verify your identity before changing or deleting records. We will review the request, take the action required by applicable law, and respond using your verified contact information. You can request a status update at the same email address.
Some information may need to be retained for invoices, taxes, warranties, completed services, disputes, security, or other legal obligations. We will explain relevant limitations. Backup copies may remain until they are removed through normal backup rotation; this process is not an immediate deletion of every copy. We may keep minimal suppression information to honor an opt-out.
Removing an app or connection in Facebook does not by itself delete information already submitted to Air King. Likewise, an Air King deletion request does not delete information independently held by Meta. Use Meta's own privacy controls for requests concerning Meta's records.
