Service-related text messages
Air King Mechanical Services LLC offers text messages for customer care, service-request follow-up, appointment coordination, technician arrival updates, and responses to customer inquiries. Message frequency varies based on your service needs and conversations with us. This program does not include promotional or marketing texts.
How you agree to receive texts
You may opt in by giving verbal permission during a phone call with Air King. Before asking for your agreement, our representative explains the message types, variable frequency, potential message and data charges, how to stop messages or get help, and where to find these terms and our Privacy Policy.
SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of purchasing services. Providing a phone number, submitting a website form, or requesting service does not by itself enroll you in this SMS program. You can receive service without agreeing to text messages.
Message and data rates
Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan. Contact your carrier with questions about your plan or charges. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Stop messages
Reply STOP to any message from this program to opt out. After you opt out, you may receive one confirmation text; no further program messages will be sent unless you opt in again. You may also contact Air King to withdraw consent. Opting out of texts does not cancel a service request or appointment.

Reply HELP for help, call (816) 519-6067, or email airkingmech@gmail.com. For urgent HVAC service, please call instead of relying on a text response.
Your number and privacy
Only enroll a mobile number you are authorized to use. Let us know if your number changes. We use your number and consent information to provide the messaging service and honor your preferences. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the program changes. The effective date identifies the current version. We will obtain additional consent when required before using your number for a different messaging purpose.
