What this service covers

Know when safety comes before comfort

A complete loss of heating or cooling can be urgent depending on outdoor conditions and who is in the home. Electrical burning, smoke, sparking, gas odor or a carbon-monoxide alarm requires immediate safety action.

Air King does not publish a guaranteed response time. Availability depends on location, weather, call volume and the situation described by phone.

No heating

Call when the home loses heat, especially during freezing weather or when vulnerable occupants are present.

No cooling

Call during dangerous heat or when loss of cooling creates a health or property concern.

Electrical warning signs

Shut equipment off if safe to do so and call; use emergency services for smoke, fire or immediate danger.

Gas or CO concern

Leave the building and contact the gas utility or emergency services from a safe location before calling for HVAC repair.
